Payreto is seeking a Full Stack Engineer in Metro Manila to craft user-facing interfaces with React and Next.js while building robust server-side systems using PHP/Laravel and Node.js. The role emphasizes independent delivery, architectural decision-making, and end-to-end ownership of features from conception to deployment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize performance, ensure reliability, and drive architectural improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience with React and Next.js and PHP/Laravel.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST/GraphQL.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-focused frontend with React/Next.js.
