Fresenius Medical Care in the Philippines seeks an APAC Regional Financial Analyst to lead FP&A across Japan, Taiwan and other markets. You will drive regional forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, partnering with country finance teams and business leaders to deliver insights and support regional objectives.

The role requires 10–12+ years in FP&A, strong multinational experience, and ability to interact with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Qualificações

• 10-12+ years of progressive FP&A, finance business partnering, or commercial finance experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management in multinational settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly APAC financial performance reviews with variance analysis and management presentations.
• Coordinate and manage forecasts across APAC markets and challenge assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning for the region.
• Monitor key metrics: revenue, profitability, margins, OPEX, and KPIs.
• Provide forward-looking insights to support business decisions.
