N2S Global Workforce Solutions LLC is seeking a Controlling Analyst to join our finance team in BGC, Taguig. This role supports financial controlling and reporting activities, prepares analyses, and ensures data accuracy in a hybrid setup (12 days onsite + 8 days remote per month).

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Excel skills, and solid analytical abilities to work with financial data, with a keen eye for detail

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in financial reporting.
Strong MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

Support financial controlling and reporting activities.
Prepare and analyze financial reports and data.
Perform financial analysis and reconciliation as required.
Use MS Excel to organize, analyze, and report financial information.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support finance and controlling requirements.
