Job summary

La Filipina Uy Gongco Group of Companies is seeking a Finance Analyst to develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for planning and control. The role emphasizes understanding and complying with internal controls and GAAP.

The position requires maintaining reliable books, timely monthly and ad hoc reporting, and collaboration with the team to keep reports updated and accurate. Hybrid work setup in a manufacturing environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant audit/private firm experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable books and records in compliance with PFRS.
• Timely submit analyzed monthly reports and ad hoc or exception reports.
• Coordinate with team and organization to ensure reports are updated and timely.
• Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and GAAP.
