Our Clients is seeking an Account Manager in Makati with 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or event management. You will build and nurture client relationships, coordinate with creative and operations teams, and help scale the business through proactive account growth.

The role offers a mix of onsite and remote work (2x onsite, 3x work-from-home) in a dynamic events environment, focusing on delivering high-quality event concepts and flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, event management, or a creative industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new business.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination with internal teams.
• Develop event concepts, proposals, and deliver events from planning through execution.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct post-event reviews, collect client feedback, and identify ways to improve services and strengthen long-term partnerships.
