Job summary

RGP Philippines is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Analyst in Taguig (hybrid; 2-3 days onsite at BGC). You will ensure excellence in online store execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms, maintaining 98% availability and compliant listings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Marketing and 1–3 years in e-commerce or related fields, with strong attention to detail, Excel skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Online Retail Operations.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar.
• Basic to intermediate Excel and reporting tools skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce fundamentals such as product listings, pricing, promotions, and availability.
• Ability to monitor and analyze online performance metrics (e.g., availability, pricing, visibility, conversion basics).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily tracking and repetitive checks.
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
• Preferably with experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce operations.
• Exposure to digital merchandising or 'perfect store' / digital shelf standards.
• Basic understanding of promotional mechanics (bundles, GWPs, discounts).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily 'walk the store' reviews across online platforms to ensure optimal execution.
• Ensure 7OA hygiene and completeness across SKUs and D4 requirements.
• Maintain EPIS masterfile for accurate SKU listings and D4 compliance.
• Ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) execution of store banners and digital storefronts aligned to the dCom calendar.
• Validate that all banners are clickable, lead to correct landing pages and SKUs, and align with best practice playbooks.
• Ensure OTIF execution of promotional and GWP schemes based on agreed trackers.
• Monitor online availability and maintain at least 98% online availability (OLA).
• Perform daily price checks to ensure alignment with deal sheets and promotional principles.
• Optimize 7OA elements based on trending search keywords to improve discoverability and conversion.
