Job summary

KMC Solutions seeks a Digital and Marketing Technology Manager in Metro Manila to own digital marketing and marketing technology, aligning campaigns with revenue goals. You will manage agencies, administer marketing tech stacks, and build dashboards that measure pipeline impact across digital channels and intake systems.

You will lead implementation projects, ensure data quality, and drive continuous improvements in analytics, website performance, and CRM integration, with a focus on pipeline

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Five+ years across digital marketing and marketing technology with leadership responsibility.
• Experience supervising PPC or digital agencies to results and audits.
• Built or run an email newsletter with list growth and engagement.
• Analytics fluency (GA4, call tracking, CRM data).
• Experience in growing a less structured organization and practical processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the specialist agencies day to day (Google Ads, website design and development, complex platform connections) with reviews.
• Supervise the PPC agency against cost-per-qualified-lead targets and QA processes.
• Test and explore emerging digital channels with agencies.
