Job summary

Rebisco is seeking a Demand Planning Supervisor to strengthen our forecasting and planning processes in Metro Manila. The role focuses on data gathering, historical analysis, and close collaboration with commercial teams to keep forecasts accurate and aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in demand planning or related supply chain roles, strong data skills, and experience with ERP/SAP or HRMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain roles.
• Experience with large data sets and generating actionable insights and reports.
• Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of forecasting principles and models and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with market drivers, financial implications, and how demand can impact supply chain and profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify trends and abnormalities, and support root-cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of functionalities of all systems available to Manufacturing and Distribution Group (e.g., SAP, HRMS).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, collaborate, and present data findings with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to be assigned in Novaliches
