Job summary

Michael Page seeks a governance professional to lead enterprise frameworks for data, analytics and AI/ML models in a fintech setting in the Philippines. You will shape policies, controls and decision rights while partnering with Data Science, Risk, IT and Compliance teams.

You will assess processes, close gaps, and design scalable, compliant future-state governance that aligns with local regulations including RA 10173 and BSP expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of governance, process management, model risk, compliance or control roles, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of analytics and AI/ML model lifecycles and risk concepts.
• Experience in process assessment, gap analysis, and governance framework design.
• Familiarity with BSP regulatory environments and audit expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance enterprise governance frameworks covering data, analytics, and AI/ML models, including policies and controls.
• Assess current-state analytics processes to identify gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance risks.
• Design and implement scalable, compliant future-state processes.
• Define and operate the Model Governance Framework with inventories, lifecycle standards and approvals.
• Oversee model validation governance, monitoring, drift detection, and remediation tracking.
• Prepare governance documentation, policies, playbooks, risk/gap assessments and audit artifacts.
• Align governance with BSP expectations and Philippine data privacy laws; partner with Data Science, Risk, IT, Compliance and Business teams.
