Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading global BFSI firm to hire a data analytics professional. You will analyze large data sets, design scalable BI solutions, and deliver dashboards that inform decision-making in a mostly work-from-home setup with a hybrid schedule in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

The role requires 2+ years in analytics, Python or R, SQL, and experience with Power BI or Tableau, AWS exposure, and a solid grasp of data governance and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in data analytics or reporting
• At least 1 year scripting with Python or R
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Strong SQL and large data handling
• Experience with data warehouses and unstructured data
• Exposure to AWS and cloud analytics
• Strong analytical and stakeholder skills
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality
• Hybrid work setup in Alabang, Muntinlupa with mostly remote work

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions
• Leverage modern technologies to solve complex business challenges
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver reporting and dashboards
• Provide analytical recommendations to drive business strategy and risk management
• Develop and enhance BI solutions and performance metrics
• Promote data quality practices including metadata management and data lineage
• Collaborate with technology teams on data security and governance
• Create monitoring processes and reporting to improve data quality
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement for efficiency
