Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for Data Management and Governance to lead the design of data blueprints, build ETL pipelines, and ensure reliable BI delivery. You will work in a hybrid setup on client-site projects, with night shift schedule and weekends off per project, contributing to scalable data architectures and optimized data workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of Analytics/Data Engineer experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Excellent data wrangling and pipeline optimization skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in BI/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Advise on requirement analysis and effort estimation for new development.
• Apply dimensional modeling best practices.
• Set up and maintain ETL pipelines.
• Monitor pipelines and resolve issues.
• Follow data architecture best practices for relational databases.
• Ensure clean SQL readability and structured code.
• Develop code, test, and document tests.
• Support user testing and implement fixes.
• Handle code deployment and post-deployment support.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize pipelines.
• Create analytics and BI visualizations.
