Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support US customers with high-quality written and verbal communication. The role operates in a hybrid setup with UK business hours and a salary range of Php 24,000 to Php 30,000 monthly.

You will handle orders, inquiries, and training, collaborating with the CS team to ensure excellent service while contributing to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office-based experience.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, follow instructions and work with others.
• Resourcefulness, efficiency, problem-solving and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders (phone/email) in consultation with customers and other departments.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries including returns, adjustments, replacements, and correspondence.
• Participate in workplace training and cross-training for coverage.
• Maintain awareness of procedures and systems; suggest improvements.
