Job summary

CLEVR is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to steer day-to-day operations in a hybrid role based in Ugong, Pasig. You will integrate Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, and Customer Service into one operating system, balancing growth, cost, quality, and customer experience.

The role reports to the President/CEO and requires 10–15 years of progressive leadership in commercial operations or supply chain, with pharmaceutical or FMCG exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operations across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Service.
• Translate corporate strategy into integrated operating priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and review mechanisms; intervene early when performance is off-track.
• Strengthen commercial operations through sales force effectiveness, CRM discipline, and analytics.
• Ensure product availability across demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Lead strategic relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, distributors, and third-party service providers.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, and GSP compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, process redesign, automation, and productivity initiatives.
• Build and develop operational leaders with clear accountability and succession planning.
