Job summary

Jacobs Projects (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM standards, workflows, and modeling methodologies across project lifecycles. You will develop BIM execution plans, ensure their maintenance, and drive QA/QC, model accuracy, and ISO 19650 alignment.

You will manage federated data and coordinate meetings to resolve issues. The role requires Revit/Civil3D expertise, Navisworks/Revizto skills, strong communication, and leadership to guide teams under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit or Civil3D with practical BIM coordination experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Navisworks and/or Revizto for model coordination.
• Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage feedback constructively.
• Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM, construction methods, and engineering design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards implementation, workflows, and modeling methodologies throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead the development of BIM execution plan.
• Ensure BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.
• Ensure quality assurance, model accuracy, and ISO 19650 compliance.
• Manage federated models and associated data (MIDP, TIDP, IFC, NWC).
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, track issues via BIM Track, and support QA/QC reviews.
• Provide BIM training and technical support while promoting automation and interoperability.
• Stay updated on BIM trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
