Job summary

Jacobs in the Philippines seeks an experienced drafter to coordinate and review drawings with engineers, ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules. You will deliver high-quality drawings on time, within budget, and in line with QA procedures.

Role spans multiple disciplines—Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Piping, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Telecom, and C&I—requiring strong communication and the ability to thrive under pressure with reliable remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or College Degree or equivalent Drafting Technology Diploma.
• 5+ years of experience in 3D modeling; at least 2 years using Autodesk Revit.
• Experience across Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Piping, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Telecom, and Control & Instrumentation.
• Strong communication skills, resilience to feedback, and the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Has a fast and reliable internet connection to support remote collaboration and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review drawings with the Team Lead and Engineers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Proactively advise the Team Lead of any delays or scope changes as early as possible.
• Ensure drawings are completed to the required quality, schedule, and budget.
• Deliver work accurately and on time, following company QA procedures.
• Release technical queries daily and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Maintain up-to-date job folders and progress reports.
• Participate in project meetings and conference calls as required.
