Job summary

Avia Solutions Group Global Services Philippines is seeking a BI Developer to contribute to Chapman Freeborn International in a hybrid setup based in BGC, Taguig, working on the EMEA time zone.

The BI Developer will design and maintain data solutions, build scalable data pipelines, and develop high-quality Power BI dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, reliable analytics for decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of BI development, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills with Kimball dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools.
• Experience in code-first environments and building data pipelines.
• Familiar with Git, CLI workflows, and modern software practices.
• Exposure to Python and/or PySpark.
• Azure experience preferred, but cloud-agnostic backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformation layers within Azure Fabric.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to greenfield data platform builds and migrations to modern, scalable data stacks.
• Implement code-first analytics and transformation workflows following software-engineering best practices.
• Utilize orchestration frameworks and notebooks where beneficial to data processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
