Job summary

Global Administrators Inc. is seeking a data engineer to design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions. You will work on data collection, storage, and analysis at scale, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a degree in math/CS, experience in data warehousing and ETL, and proficiency in SQL and BI tools. Hybrid work setup with on-site trainings during initial period in Manila area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or math/science related courses, or equivalent experience in business intelligence, reports management, analytics or data science
• Background in data warehousing and ETL process
• Skilled in extracting information from different types of databases and run data queries (SQL)
• Adept in any BI tools such as Excel Power Query, Power Platform, Tableau or Power BI
• Strong problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be amenable to midshift

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing data at scale
• Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within reporting spectrum
• Design, develop, test, automate and launch new dashboards across partner business functions
• Coordinates with other members/stakeholders on identifying projects needed
• Plan, execute and manage reports development transitions projects
• Study technical tools necessary for reporting and assess applicability in reporting
• Find technical solution on repetitive reports to improve efficiency
• Ensures that the reports/dashboards are accessible by the stakeholders and are updated timely
• Facilitate BI tools technical training to team members
• Manages productivity tracker development project by identifying and reporting system issues, serve as QA tester and communicate system enhancement deployments.
