Job summary

Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Services Philippines is seeking a BI Developer to design and maintain data solutions that empower business insights for Chapman Freeborn International. Based in Taguig in a hybrid setup, you will build scalable data pipelines and interactive Power BI dashboards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, expand greenfield data projects, and push for code-first analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BI, data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills including Kimball dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools.
• Cloud experience; Azure preferred.
• Code-first analytics and data pipelines.
• Git, CLI workflows and modern software practices.
• Exposure to Python and/or PySpark.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformations in Azure Fabric.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to greenfield data platform builds and migrations to modern data stacks.
• Implement code-first analytics and transformation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs.
