Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Product Strategy Analyst for the Quotient Inside AI program. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in the office and focuses on coordinating strategy, preparing executive materials, and translating strategic direction into organized plans and deliverables.

You will support senior leaders by creating structured workplans, coordinating inputs across Product, Design, Engineering, Research and Enablement, and preparing leadership materials for decision meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience building executive-ready presentations and materials.
• Ability to organize inputs from multiple sources into clear workplans and summaries.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in complex teams or matrixed environments.
• Exposure to digital, product, or AI-enabled initiatives and curiosity about GenAI tools.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and tools like Aha and ADO is a plus.
• Ability to translate user feedback into clear pain points and needs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine executive-ready decks articulating product strategy, AI initiatives, and investment cases.
• Develop and maintain structured workplans across defined strategy initiatives.
• Translate strategic direction into clear, high-level product requirements for build teams.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs across Product, Design, Engineering, Research and Enablement teams.
• Prepare materials and pre-reads for leadership forums and decision meetings.
• Support interviews, discovery sessions, and exploratory workshops led by research and design teams.
• Develop interview briefs, discussion guides, and participant lists.
• Capture structured notes and themes from interviews and working sessions.
• Synthesize findings into summaries informing product direction and leadership materials.
