Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Affiliate & KOL Marketing to lead and scale our creator-driven commerce programs.

You will own the full affiliate growth agenda across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, shaping strategy, onboarding creators, and driving GMV while ensuring brand alignment and compliance across platforms.

Manage budgets, report results to the Marketing Director, and build a high-performance team in a fast-moving creator economy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL management, or creator commerce.
• Experience with TikTok affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop is required.
• Proven track record of scaling GMV and acquisitions via affiliate programs.
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team.
• Background in beauty, skincare, health & wellness, FMCG, or e-commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full Affiliate & KOL Marketing function, setting strategic direction, team goals, and performance standards.
• Manage and develop the Affiliate & KOL team for volume creator relationships.
• Develop annual and quarterly affiliate and KOL strategy aligned with GMV and brand targets.
• Define the affiliate program's commission structures, tiering, incentive mechanics, and performance benchmarks.
• Report affiliate and KOL performance to the Marketing Director with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to amplify content via Spark Ads and paid boosts.
