Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in a hybrid role. You will handle AP, payroll processing for NZ regulations, and related admin tasks, contributing to accurate financial reporting and timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years experience in AP and payroll, familiarity with NZ GST/PAYE rules, and strong attention to detail partnered with solid communication skills. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll processing.
• Experience with NZ/IR D requirements is a plus.
• ERP systems experience (M3 or similar) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Banking: review bank statements, process invoices, close month-end, reconcile supplier invoices, manage currency updates and transfers.
• Payroll & Compliance (NZ): process payroll, prepare journals, lodge PAYE and GST.
• Administrative & Reporting: raise logistics invoices, support reconciliation and reporting tasks.
