Imagenet, LLC is hiring an Accounting Officer in Manila to maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and support month-end close. Hybrid work setup and standard Monday to Friday schedule apply.

The role covers general accounting, AP/AR duties, tax compliance, payroll-related remittances, and financial reporting, with interaction across internal teams and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Philippine taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Experience using accounting software such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate entries in the general ledger.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Monitor balance sheet and income statement accounts; perform reconciliations.
• Review supplier invoices and coordinate payment processing; ensure proper withholding taxes.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices; monitor receivables and collections.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory remittances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support internal controls.
