Job summary

Level Up Business Process Outsourcing Services OPC in Cebu City is seeking a detail-oriented accounting and warehouse professional to manage daily accounting operations and warehouse activities. This on-site role offers hybrid flexibility as business needs allow.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, monthly summaries, payroll, and inventory control, with opportunity to use QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of combined experience in accounting/bookkeeping and warehouse/inventory management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to render overtime work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist with budget tracking
• Manage payroll and sales tax filings (if applicable)
