The role requires advanced troubleshooting, safe handling of refrigerants, reading electrical schematics and blueprints, and coordinating with clients and facilities teams to ensure quality service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid TESDA NC II in RAC Servicing or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years HVAC installation/servicing experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficient with HVAC diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Install various AC units (split, window, central, package) per specs.
• Mount components and ensure secure supports and ducts.
• Route refrigerant piping and insulate to prevent leaks.
• Wire systems to power sources and control panels compliant with codes.
• Diagnose faults with gauges and multimeters; repair/replace parts.
• Perform refrigerant evacuations and safe charging.
• Conduct routine maintenance for efficiency and airflow.
• Follow safety procedures and LOTO protocols.
• Maintain service logs and documentation.
