• Experience with split-type, window-type, or commercial HVAC systems is preferred.
• Read technical diagrams and manuals; troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
• Safety awareness when handling equipment and refrigerants.
• Good communication and customer service skills; ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments.
