Job summary

AIRGUARD AND PESTGUARD PROFESSIONAL OPC in Manila is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to supervise, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install air conditioning, HVAC, and exhaust systems. The role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.

You will oversee technicians, coordinate service schedules, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2–3 years of HVAC experience are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer preferred.
• 2–3 years in AC/HVAC, refrigeration, or building facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, electrical & mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and field work.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of various AC systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control system issues.
• Supervise and guide technicians during service activities.
• Oversee exhaust and ventilation system maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Prepare technical and inspection reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients and teams on service schedules and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
