Dyninno Manila / Trevolution is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Manila team and help drive organizational performance, leadership capability, and a strong employee experience.

About the Role
The HR Manager will lead the HR function and partner closely with business leaders to strengthen performance, organizational capability, and leadership effectiveness.
This is a hands-on HR leadership role that goes beyond day-to-day HR administration. We’re looking for someone who can analyze people and performance gaps, identify root causes, build practical interventions, and develop our leaders.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead and continuously improve performance management initiatives, including performance reviews, coaching, performance improvement plans, and performance gap analysis.
- Analyze organizational and team performance data to identify trends, capability gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement targeted OD/L&D interventions based on identified business and people needs.
- Develop and implement leadership development initiatives that strengthen people management, coaching, accountability, and leadership effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders to identify organizational challenges and translate them into practical HR solutions.
- Coach and advise people leaders on performance management, employee relations, leadership, and people-related decisions.
- Lead Employee Relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary cases, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives based on workforce insights and business needs.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team while ensuring effective delivery of day-to-day HR services.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and business leaders to successfully implement HR programs, policies, and organizational initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Significant experience in HR management/generalist HR, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Strong experience in:

You should have the ability to:

- Translate business needs into practical HR and people solutions
- Develop and coach people leaders
- Use data and HR metrics to support recommendations
- Influence and challenge stakeholders when necessary
- Balance strategic HR thinking with hands‑on execution
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
- BPO, shared services, travel, or other high-volume operational environments
- Performance improvement and talent management
