Job summary

Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support regional Talent Management activities across SAM, MEA, India, EA and Pacific.

You will coordinate Talent Reviews, succession planning, and ATP/GTP initiatives, while ensuring governance and timely execution through dashboards and reporting. The role requires 2–5 years of experience in HR-related fields and preference for candidates with regional or global team exposure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Project Coordination, PMO, or a related field.
• Experience supporting regional or global teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of key Talent Management processes, including Talent Reviews, People Committees, succession planning, and ATP/GTP initiatives.
• Drive governance, reporting, dashboards, and tracking to ensure timely execution of regional Talent Management priorities.
• Coordinate follow-up actions with HR teams and stakeholders across all GSC International regions.
