Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations CRM Specialist to maintain accurate data across HubSpot and Salesforce.

The role acts as the bridge between Corporate sales using HubSpot and the broader enterprise relying on Salesforce for reporting and revenue management. You will own day-to-day CRM data management, ensure timely data transfers, and partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems to improve data quality and reporting reliability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or Data Management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience managing large datasets and performing data imports, exports, and updates.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data cleansing, lookups, and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data remains accurate and synchronized across both platforms.
• Create, maintain, and update account, contact, and opportunity records, including ownership changes and renewal data.
• Execute recurring CRM data imports, exports, and reconciliation to support sales operations and revenue management.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and integrity issues.
• Develop process documentation and help identify opportunities to automate manual data management activities.
