Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Sales Operations CRM Specialist to keep Salesforce and HubSpot data accurate and synchronized. You will manage records, support reporting, and ensure data quality across systems while collaborating with Sales and Revenue Operations.

The role emphasizes process documentation and opportunities to automate routine data management activities. A detail-oriented mindset and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or Data Management.
• Experience working with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience managing large datasets and performing data imports/exports/updates.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data cleansing, lookups, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy across both platforms.
• Manage creation and updates of account, contact, and opportunity records, including ownership changes and renewals.
• Execute recurring CRM data imports, exports, and reconciliation to support sales operations and reporting.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies and duplicates across systems.
• Support pipeline hygiene to improve forecasting accuracy with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and identify automation opportunities.
