MicroSourcing invites a skilled Web & HubSpot CMS Developer to join its Metro Manila team. You will develop, optimize, and maintain HubSpot-powered web assets, support lead generation, and ensure site performance and conversion optimization.

The role requires deep HubSpot experience, strong front-end skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and sales to drive campaigns. Hybrid work setup and dayshift in Metro Manila are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web development or digital marketing tech.
• Extensive HubSpot CMS Hub & Marketing Hub experience.
• Proven track record building HubSpot assets.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JS, HubL.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• HubSpot certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize websites, landing pages, and assets in HubSpot CMS.
• Build and manage HubSpot forms with data capture.
• Create and maintain HubSpot templates, modules, and themes.
• Develop responsive pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL.
• Manage workflows and lead routing within HubSpot.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
• Support marketing campaigns with conversion assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
