Job summary

Shopee Philippines Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) leader to plan, oversee, and drive HSSE programs across our warehouse operations. The role focuses on safety, security, and environmental compliance in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment setting.

The position emphasizes planning, auditing, training, incident investigations, and coordination with HRBP and Ethics teams to uphold a strong safety culture and asset protection across the Laguna warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee HSSE programs across warehouse operations to ensure safety and asset protection.
• Lead daily warehouse walkthroughs, inspections, and hazard identification to mitigate unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, forklift/MHE use, conveyors, and automation systems.
• Develop job hazard analyses, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures; enforce adherence.
• Oversee HSSE audits and drive timely closure of audit findings in alignment with regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement security policies, risk assessments, incident response, investigations, and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate with internal teams during security incidents and supervise security service provider performance.
• Monitor waste management and chemical handling in compliance with DENR regulations; manage report submissions.
• Conduct HSSE orientation and toolbox talks; coordinate safety drills per local guidelines.
• Lead investigations into accidents or near misses and manage corrective actions; trigger BCP if needed.
