Job summary

APM Terminals is seeking an HSE Business Partner in Laguna, Philippines. You will play a crucial role in embedding a strong safety culture across our sites while driving compliance and enabling efficient operations.

With a minimum of 5–6 years experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing, your expertise will help in risk management and continuous improvement practices. Additionally, strong knowledge of ISO standards and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Tagalog are key requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Experience at Safety Officer level 3 (SO3) or level 4 (SO4).
• Proven ability to engage with clients and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support site managers to identify HSE hazards and select controls.
• Advise on operational planning to eliminate HSE risks.
• Coordinate emergency response capabilities.
