Job summary

HAVI Logistics Philippines, Inc. is seeking a qualified HSE Engineer to oversee safety, health, and environmental programs at our Bulacan site. The role includes conducting risk assessments, leading facility maintenance, and coordinating audits and regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and has 5+ years of related experience, with English proficiency and North Luzon residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• osh training: 40 hrs, Loss Control Training 40 hrs, Accredited Safety Practitioner.
• At least 5 years in logistics/supply chain or related field.
• North Luzon residence advantageous (Bulacan, Pampanga).
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular health and safety walk-through and inspection
• Conduct risk assessments and develop programs to reduce risks/hazards in the workplace
• Leads the Facility Maintenance
• Monitor and report status of corrective action or improvements on the audit findings
• Ensure that all site personnel adhere to HSE Policy.
• Facilitate emergency preparedness and response activity such as fire evacuation, earthquake drill, etc.
• Conducts HSE orientation/training to all site personnel
• Perform workplace environment measurement (WEM)
• Conduct HSE committee meeting, seminar and planning activities
• Document minutes of meetings, prepare & submit DOLE – OSH regulatory reports
• Conducts investigation on work related accidents
• Assist government agencies in the conduct of safety inspection or any other related programs

• License/Certificate: Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (40 hrs), Loss Control Management Training (40 hrs), Certification as Accredited Safety Practitioner




• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably Supervisor specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.




• Residing in North Luzon is an advantage (Bulacan, Pampanga, etc)
