Bricolage Group of Companies seeks a skilled professional to assign HS Codes, Tariff Lines, and AHTN Codes for imported products. The role involves analyzing specifications and data sheets to determine accurate classification and maintaining records for audits and regulatory purposes.
The position requires 2–3 years of experience, strong knowledge of Philippine tariff laws, and the ability to support internal and external audits while ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
This role involves accurately assigning HS Codes, Tariff Lines, and AHTN Codes to imported products. You will analyze product specifications, technical data sheets, and end-use to determine correct classification, maintain classification records and justifications for audit and regulatory purposes, and ensure compliance with BOC regulations, CMTA, and Tariff Laws.

Keep updated with HS Code Amendments, WCO Guidelines, and AHTN Updates
Support Internal and External Audits, Inspections, and Regulatory Inquiries
Prepare classification reports, internal documentation, and justification letters
Provide classification guidance to procurement, logistics, and compliance teams
Identify potential HS misclassification risks and propose corrective measures
Monitor tariff compliance and recommend improvements to internal controls
Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, International Trade, or any related field
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in classifying wide range of products
Experience interpreting technical product specifications for customs purposes
Experience preparing classification justifications and documentation for audits
Experience in Advance Rulings, HS updates implementation, and supporting post-clearance audits
Proven knowledge of Philippine Tariff Act and ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN)
Licensed Customs Broker (strong advantage, not required)
Additional training or certification in Trade Compliance or Customs Brokerage Certification / Bureau of Customs / Tariff Commission (preferred)
