Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking an HR Information System Administrator to support HRIS infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and provide stakeholder support. The role is onsite at Harton Corporate Center with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HRIS or HR systems role.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and data integrity.
• Deep knowledge of confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling sensitive employee data.
• Clear, articulate English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate user requirements for system customizations and UAT.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS processes across modules with IT/Applications teams.
• Administer daily HRIS tasks: schedules, cost centers, bank details, and configuration updates.
• Generate reports on people data and maintain documentation on configurations and troubleshooting.
• Coach stakeholders with Quick Reference Guides and ensure SLAs are met.
• Adhere to company values and participate in PDRs, health, safety, and policies.
