Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst play a key part in managing and optimizing our Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role uses a combination of technical expertise and HR knowledge to enhance system performance, improve data management, and deliver insights through reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring the system is configured and maintained to meet the organization's needs.
- Manage the setup and ongoing integration of the HRIS with other HR-related systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting) and vendor platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
- Regularly audit and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or enhancements as needed.
- Develop and generate standard and custom reports for HR functions, analyzing data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Customize and configure HRIS modules, workflows, and security settings to optimize performance and user experience.
- Provide technical support to HR team members and other users, offering training and assistance to ensure effective use of the HRIS and integrated systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness, including automation of HR tasks and data management.
- Ensure all HRIS processes and integrated systems comply with company policies, data security protocols, and relevant labor laws.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, integrations, and changes to support continuity and future system enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned
