Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations within a remote setup for the Philippines. The role emphasizes strategy, compliance, and employee engagement with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.

You will develop training, manage benefits, and align HR initiatives with business goals while fostering an inclusive culture and supporting leadership across departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including 1–2 years in an HR management or leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of employment compliance, HR policies, benefits, and compensation practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to successful employee integration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, workplace conflicts, and internal investigations.
• Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, company culture, and workplace inclusivity.
• Oversee performance management, including appraisals, performance improvement plans, and professional development plans.
• Identify organizational training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Manage employee benefits, compensation programs, HR policies, and employee communications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook, HR policies, and procedures.
• Partner with leadership and department managers to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
• Handle sensitive employee and company information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Your Role:

What You Need:

• Experience using HRIS, payroll platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as ADP, BambooHR, Workday, or similar systems.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and employee engagement programs.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee needs with organizational goals.
