Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee and candidate data across HR systems. You will manage day-to-day HR and recruitment databases, maintain dashboards, and generate timely reports for management.

The role requires hands-on experience with HRIS, data governance, and reporting tools, plus the ability to collaborate with HR and Operations to optimize processes. Hybrid work setup in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with HRIS and data reporting tools is preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own accuracy and integrity of employee and candidate data across HR systems.
• Administer day-to-day HR and recruitment databases and workflows.
• Produce HR, recruitment and workforce reports for management.
• Maintain system documentation, access controls and data confidentiality.

Your Role

The HR Systems Analyst is accountable for the following in relation to their assigned region:

• Own the accuracy, integrity and completeness of employee and candidate data across HR and recruitment systems.
• Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR and recruitment databases and systems.
• Maintain system records, workflows, fields, user access and system configurations.
• Conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
• Produce accurate and timely HR, recruitment and workforce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards and provide data insights to support operational and workforce planning.
• Provide first-line systems support to HR, Recruitment and Operations users.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, data quality and operational processes.
• Support system changes, enhancements, testing, implementation and data migration activities.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date system documentation, workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure appropriate data controls and confidentiality are maintained across employee and candidate information.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external system providers to resolve system and data-related issues.
• Ensure agreed reporting and data requirements are delivered accurately and within required timelines.
