Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an HRIS Analyst to own data accuracy across HR systems and support reporting for the regional scope.

The role involves day-to-day system administration, data audits, dashboards and data insights to support workforce planning, with collaboration across HR, Recruitment and Operations teams.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, day shift, and opportunities for growth within a diverse, inclusive organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, integrity and completeness of employee and candidate data across HR and recruitment systems.
• Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR and recruitment databases and systems.
• Maintain system records, workflows, fields, user access and system configurations.
• Conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
• Produce accurate and timely HR, recruitment and workforce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards and provide data insights to support operational and workforce planning.
• Provide first-line systems support to HR, Recruitment and Operations users.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, data quality and operational processes.
• Support system changes, enhancements, testing, implementation and data migration activities.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date system documentation, workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure appropriate data controls and confidentiality are maintained across employee and candidate information.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external system providers to resolve system and data-related issues.
• Ensure agreed reporting and data requirements are delivered accurately and within required timelines.

Your Role

The HRIS Analyst is accountable for the following in relation to their assigned region:
