Job summary

Nestlé Business Services is seeking a qualified HR Operations professional to support global colleagues in delivering high-quality service. You will act as a subject matter expert for in-scope processes and ensure accurate data validation and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Psychology or HRM preferred), strong customer orientation, and the ability to work across shifts in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent customer orientation and commitment to delivering quality service.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to adapt to different levels in the organization.
• Experience from a Shared Service Center is preferred.
• At least two years SAP HR/Payroll system experience.
• Willingness to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for scope processes and market knowledge.
• Investigate and resolve process anomalies; escalate when needed.
• Validate data and prepare control reports for critical processes.
• Document processes with required reviews and approvals.
• Conduct functional training for new hires and transfers.
• Analyze transaction volumes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A day in the life of...

• Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
• Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and elevate to team lead as necessary.
• Executes validation & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes
• Ensures proper documentation of processes with necessary reviews and approvals.
• Conducts functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. new hires & transfers).
• Gathers and analyses transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
