Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
• 3+ years in timekeeping processing or related field; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Agile HR practitioner with strong self-leadership, resourcefulness, and analytical skills.
• Results-driven and output-oriented.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive with integrity and sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all attendance-related requests (leaves, overtime, official business, etc.).
• Provide monthly timekeeping reports (overtime, absenteeism, tardiness, unauthorized leaves).
• Lead automation projects and manage system improvements and customizations.
• Conduct benchmarking to improve policies and coordinate with management and unions on revisions.
• Represent the team in ISO audits and ensure documentation compliance.
