Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of hands-on HR ops experience including recruitment, timekeeping, HRIS and employee relations.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and familiarity with payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles; postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• HRIS Administration: maintain employee records, user profiles, biometric data syncs, and HR analytics reports.
• Timekeeping & Attendance: audit DTR, manage leaves/overtime, reconcile attendance for payroll.
• Employee Relations: serve as point of contact for HR policy inquiries and support engagement programs.
