As part of the global P&C HRdirect team, you’ll be the first contact for SAP employees needing HR help, researching answers and updating knowledge content while using modern digital HR tools.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• Some experience in a customer-facing role.
• Interest in HR, technology, and digital tools.
• Motivation to build a long-term HR career.
• Enjoy helping others and solving problems.
• HR experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer HR questions via ticketing system, email, chat, and phone.
• Research information and keep our Knowledge Database up to date by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Resolve low-to-medium complexity issues with growing independence.
• Learn and use HR systems, content management, automation tools, AI features, and more.
• Suggest improvements that help simplify and enhance the employee experience.
