HR Service Delivery Associate Manager (CL 8)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and SAP Payroll. The role will oversee payroll operations, ensure accurate and timely pay processing, manage escalations, drive process improvements, and lead team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for team and customer-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize team performance.
• Monitor delivery metrics and ensure achievement of contractual and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business and operational goals.
• Participate in annual objective setting and strategic planning.
• Develop and manage resources within the reporting line.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including Gross-to-Net calculations.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of employee payroll to bank accounts.
• Conduct payroll audit activities and compliance checks.
• Prepare and manage General Ledger feeds.
• Generate payroll reports and distribute required vendor/government data.
• Manage post-payroll activities and ensure accurate payroll closure.

Required Qualifications

• 7-8 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Hands-on SAP Payroll experience is required.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, audits, reporting, and Gross-to-Net processing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and escalation-handling skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
• Candidates who are currently or previously employed with Accenture are not eligible.
• Candidates with an active Workday profile/account with Accenture are not eligible.

Work Requirements

• Amenable to a hybrid work setup in BGC, Taguig.
• Willing to work on a day shift schedule.
