Veratis Energy Construction Corporation in Bulacan seeks an HR & Recruitment Officer for BaiTeESS New Energy to source admin, sales and technical/solar candidates. This is a full-time, on-site position at GMX Industry Park, Daungan, Guiguinto.

You will screen and interview applicants, verify IDs and licenses, manage the candidate pipeline, and support onboarding. Fluency in English and Filipino, knowledge of PH labor rules, and immediate availability are required.

Formación

• Recruitment experience for technical/blue-collar roles.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor rules and compliance.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino.
• HR psychology background preferred.

Pay: PHP 700/day + PHP 500 hiring bonus per successful hire (+PHP 1,000 after 6 months).
