Job summary

CLC Marketing Ventures Corporation is offering an HR Intern (OJT) role in the Philippines. The position focuses on supporting recruitment, records management, employee engagement, and general HR tasks while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions.

The intern will assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and HR communications, with a view toward potential absorption based on performance and departmental needs. A ₱8k–₱12k monthly stipend is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management and/or Psychology.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva; training may be provided.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and being a people person.
• Internship allowance provided, with possibility of absorption.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including applicant sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining the applicant database.
• Support the maintenance and organization of employee records, personnel files, and HR documents while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in the filing and organizing of HR forms, memoranda, and employee-related documents.
• Provide administrative support in compensation and benefits, timekeeping activities, attendance monitoring, employee engagement programs, and training activities.
