Job summary

UNHOOP PHILIPPINES, INC is looking for an HR Staff to support daily operations, including recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields and proficiency in English and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or an equivalent.
• Must have good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Screen and sort applications received.
• Invite applicants for interviews.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' suitability for the post.
• Assist employees with their government requirements.
• Coordinate with the Japanese team regarding HR related concerns.
