Citigroup Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Support Analyst 1, Officer based in Taguig, Philippines. This entry-level role provides day-to-day benefits processing, data accuracy, and payroll-related tasks within Citi's global HR operations.

You will support GL postings and month-end close, respond to employee inquiries, and contribute to process improvements while delivering a positive employee experience. Training and development are emphasized to grow your career at Citi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Benefits Processing – includes but not limited to reimbursements, allowances and enrollment.
• Post and review financial transactions in the General Ledger; support month-end close.
• Respond to employee inquiries; generate reports and perform data validation.
• Act as back-up resource for other service owners; ensure SLA adherence.
