Job summary

Responsibilities

• Issue reminders to admins for cascading timekeeping
• Prepare MTAS for new hires pending ESS setup
• Transmit approved timekeeping/leave forms to payroll
• Cascade attendance issue reports to managers for validation
• Coordinate with payroll to resolve timekeeping disputes
• Update leave utilization and balances
• Flag resigned staff for offboarding
• Manage employee accounts in HR systems
• Conduct onboarding sessions on timekeeping policies
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
